Blood test shows negitive but ab pain still?

idk what it is i slept with a girl rubber broke, and im sure we had contact.. STD ?
ne ways i didnt worry to much bout it but started having fever and diarreh how ever u spell it, and ab pain, well i didnt know what it was i heard u can can sick traveling, so i let it go. ne way im with a girl and sleeping with another 1 on and off, first 1 knows bout second one so pls dont. ne way the sypmtoms i have they are starting to get, itchy feet some ab pains and the runs, well i talked to the them about it and all got checked out and nothing came back as std or aids and been a year since it happen( went to clinic a year after sleeping with them) and them having same effects i was having, could it be ne thing else.. please dont cast judgement or flam serious answers. thank you,

both are pregent too and no thier not both mine if either , but doctors chked them too nothing came back ne 1 have ne ideas ?

dont have ne of them symptoms , just ab pain and the symptoms only lasted like week mayb lil more after the rubber broke

First of all, you really need to learn how to form coherent sentences.

Second, there is no disease or infection that causes 'itchy feet.' That just means that you need a bath.

Third, abdominal pain could be anything. It could be a bacterial infection, you could have the flu... I don't think that symptom relates to an STD. Besides, you said you got tested a year after exposure and it came back negative. Plenty of time pasted to have accurate results.

I think you need to go to the doctor and find out what it could be.
