How can I find out if I'm allergic to latex?

A while ago I got a blood test for allergies and they said I wasn't allergic to anything, but every time I come in contact with latex I get a rash for like a week. It's mainly with any type of band aid, but other things too.

If you break out with any kind of rash after coming in contact with latex tell your doctor and stay on him/her keep reminding your doctor about that rash until they put it on paper that you are allergic to latex

I think you already know the answer. You become itchy by it, so yes you're allergic to it.
I wouldn't try rubbing latex on yourself.
Latex allergies have loads of symptoms, some as severe as anaphalactic shock and can be fatal in some cases.
I don't recommend going near latex at all. Very bad idea.

It sounds to me like you have already found out that you are allergic to latex. I wouldn't put yourself through any other discomfort.

If you really want to try, rub a latex balloon on a small spot on your arm. Don't touch the balloon with your fingers while doing this though!
