Job Offer and Orientation.. still no job? |
I went to Universal Protection services (security) to apply for a job after seeing numerous job postings online. i am well qualified as far as guard card, cpr, first aid, etc.. i went through an interview where i was pre employment job offered, and scheduled for an orientation. i went to my orientation dressed up and showed up early.. it was an 8 hour class with 5 tests (unpayed class). After the orientation was over they told me i will be contacted mroe details at a later time.. so i picked out my uniform sizes and took a drug test... i did a live scan. ive called them at least twice a week for the past couple weeks, and they said they have no jobs available. I may be over reacting but.. wtf? seriously is wrong with this picture? Whatever you answered on your questions wasn't acceptable to them. They can send you through all that and then not hire you. They were doing the preliminary work and if you answered the questions to their satisfaction then you would already be fitted for your uniform and whatever else needed done for you to start.
