Explain your side of the story or explain the truth?
I'm 25 yrs. old with a college degree, & my family & society treat me like worse than trash because they neither understand nor care about my disability. I suffer OCD, anxiety, Tourette's, & depression. All severe.
1 of my schizophrenic brothers keeps lying on me, saying I did bad things to him, when I didn't, & my brother who just got out of jail yelled @ me last night & falsely accused me of playing on his phone, disrupting his house, & causing my schizo brother to act dysfunctional in his house. They live in Louisiana, & I live in TX.
My schizophrenic brother has been fake to me all the time. He pretends to care about me & tells me "I love you" an excessive amount of times, & the rest of the family are falsely accusing us of sexually messing around. Not true.
Last Friday, the brother that had gotten out of jail, had threatened me with a gun because of my schizophrenic brother's lies. I had no idea he was lying on me about things behind my back because he calls @ least 40 times a day & clutters my voicemail box with the EXACT same message, & important/business people calling can't leave me a voice message because of his back-to-back calling.
My schizo brother called me up before 7 AM & yelled @ me, confronting me about something I never said. Then, he calls later, telling me that he can't get along with the brother who just got out of jail. & he asked me to help him get a place of his own.
I won't touch that anymore because the brother who got out of jail is angry with me because the schizo brother lied on me, saying I misused his SSI checks, which is not true. He came ALL the way here to TX voluntarily, & it was my other sister who was misusing his checks. But the SSA office has on record that " I " was the 1 misuing his checks. He only stayed here for 5 days, & I had to put him out because he kept violating things that peeve me on purpose & thought it was funny. So I told him he had to go. This was in February. When he came here (through traveler's aid), we went to the SSA office, & I told the SSA representative that I don't feel comfortable being over my brother's checks because I KNEW what stunt he was going to pull! & so the man told me I HAD to be my brother's payee or else they'd have to cut his checks & benefits. When his March check arrived, I sent it to my local SSA office IMMEDIATELY! & I have proof of it.
So both brothers are mad @ me, & I have no reason to play on anyone's phone. All I did was try to be there for my schizophrenic brother & try to show him support, but I just recently found out he was trying to use me & he made an endless amount of lies on me.
But by him calling 40 times a day, he wanted to stay on the phone with me for 3 hrs., on purpose just to waste my time & hold me back from studying for my entrance translation test to get into translation school, & look for a job.
My brother that got out of jail wouldn't give me a chance to explain that, & he scolded me like a child. I only return the schizophrenic brother's calls so he won't think I'm angry with him or ignoring him. If I ignore him, he makes more lies. He'll lie on me regardless. I did NOTHING to deserve this. & my older sister who misused his checks back in Louisiana didn't even have to face the hell I'm going through, & her name isn't in the computer as misusing his checks. She took ALL his $$ every month, when he stayed with her. He lived with her over 6 mos. & she'd threaten him out of his $$ & gamble it up, & she used to threaten me out of thousands of dollars & beat me up if I didn't give her $$ to gamble. She's a gambling addict.
Here in Texas, all the information is correct & accurate. It's not worth 10 yrs. in prison & $10,000 for fraud that I'm being wrongfully accused of. They have ME on record in Louisiana as the 1 who misused his $$.
***I had to distinguish between the 2 brothers. No intent to be offensive to use schizo. I was saying that as abbreviation, since that's a long word.
But the brother who got out of jail thinks lowly of me, & I used to be in foster care all of my childhood life, so the brother who got out of jail hasn't seen me since a baby, & based on the family rumors, he hates me without getting to know me. Everyone has a right to explain the truth or their side of the story. Their rights shouldn't be denied, otherwise it is a violation of human rights. The ones that treat you like trash because of your condition and disability are nothing but a bunch of lowlifes. Don't care what and how they think of you; you're better than them anyway. Like I've told you before, stay away from the toxic family of yours. They're not doing you any good; they're only causing you more harm. They're pulling you back from succeeding in life. Blood should be thicker than water, but that isn't always the case in the real world.
Calling you 40 times a day is a harassment. Block your brother from calling you. Threatening you with a gun is serious, so report this to the police. You need to get a restraining order against him. Don't risk yourself getting hurt. If the police or law enforcement isn't helping you out, report this to the media. The law enforcement needs to help the people in need, otherwise they're not doing their jobs that they need to be fired. If you get discriminated for your disability, find a disability activist to help you. If you get discriminated for your race, find a civil rights activist for help. Join a support group in your area. Find more true and good friends that will be right by your side.
How did you get accused of fraud or misusing the SSI checks? Were you framed? Could you prove that you were innocent? If you have evidence, keep it and use it against your brother and sister later on. Your sister needs to step up and take responsibility for her own wrongdoings and cleanse you from something you never did. She also needs to go to rehab. It seems to me that you have break away from your family in order to progress in life .They may be the cause of your anxiety and depression.You don't have to break away forever but just for a little while to get your life together .In some cases siblings have a way of stopping or distracting a person from their goals in life , In obtaining a college degree shows you are a very strong minded person who perceviers through tough times, please don't give up on your goals in life .I hope this helps.JAH Bless and good luck move change your name and do whatever you must to have a chance at having a good life because what you have said here is a living nightmare |
