How do I go about getting last minute scholarships, as in after the deadline? |
Yes, I waited too long. One of those last minute people. Now is when I come to do research on scholarships I may be eligible for. I want to know if there is anyway possible to still get a scholarship for a college I will be going to in the fall. I've already filled out the college application and entrance test and was approved. A financial aid appointment is scheduled and was informed that they will go over any grants I may be eligible for. But, how about scholarships? Will they help me with that as well? Or am I on my own there? What's the process? Thank you all so much for your feedback! You missed the deadline and so anything you send in to them will just be tossed. It would be unfair to all the students who applied for the scholarship on time to let someone who missed it entry. Lou, each scholarship has different deadlines and Some friends of mine in college told me that they have valuable information regarding scholarships from this place. |
