Hey please help me... i m not able to get rid of a though.. its bothering me,,, please... :(?

well i was in physical relation sship .. nd me nd my girlfriend made out in october.. after tht it was all cool. nd later around 4 months i got a bug in my mind tht i might have aids.. so i got my self tested.. nd i was negative.. nd i also red it everywhere and asked sme docs.. they told me tht its detected after 3 months if thr .. can be rarely upto 6 months.. I again got myself tested this last week.. same its NEGATIVE if not detected thn its not there.. so im confiremed i dont ve aids.. also my girlfrined dont ve it. but i can not get gid rid of the thought .. what should i do.. ? please help me guys.. it has started haunting me...

You get it through blood transfer, or from sex.

You're fine, but make sure you stay safe in the future.
