Question about soliciting offense and day care license?

About 10 years ago, in another state, I was arrested in a sting operation. I spent the weekend in the pen and unfortunately, because I was young and stupid, I gave a fake name and SS#. The judge said if I attended an aids awareness class (I've been tested several times) the charge would be a violation/trespassing. If I failed to appear the charge would be raised to a misdemeanor (class B, I think). I didn't go to the class, because it required me to show ID and I thought (at the time) that I was better off not going.

Now, I live in another state and would like to obtain a license to operate a day care. I know I need to be fingerprinted, so is it likely that they'll find the old conviction? I'm pretty sure they'd reject my application if they found out, but my record is otherwise clean.

Should I just forget the whole thing?

The conviction will show up on a fingerprint background check, it's up to you whether or not to pursue the matter.
