Equipments Engineering for Chassis Systems Direction - Computer Aided Engineering (CAE)
Tasks :
- Local Administrator and Technical Analyst for the problems concerning the rights issues, changes and evolution of "welding process" software (tools for creating and managing the points of welding)
- Carry out experimental, functional and loading tests to determine the type of problems: functional, technical, user鈥檚 incorrect handling, administration, insufficient rights, network, server etc.
- Provide additional training to users from the engineering departments to assimilate knowledge and achieve the highest level of competence and self-efficiency into the interactive using of processes and CAE applications, respecting the digital procedure
- Technical and functional support, offering the best solution suited for the customers's problems (methodology, settings, using mode, errors, warnings)
- Coordinate and monitor the requests and the incidents if they are sent to other technical services
- Preparation of technical notes meant to improve the skills of support staff (supply a knowledge base)
- Highlight the versions changes regarding each program to reduce the number of incidents (when the same problems are repeated)

- Provide an operational support of the specific software used for projects realization at DICAP (Direction d鈥橧ng茅nierie de la Caisse Assembl茅e Peinte)
- Technical support for using and functionality of tools applications (databases and CAD software)
- Be an interface privileged for the engineers, designers, technicians, trainees and help in their work which means the computer-aided design (CAD)
- Identify the needs and support the users to express their gaps for a better response
- Help clients to choose the wisest decision on how to solve their difficulties and advice them daily about the methodology and the manipulation gaps concerning the CAE applications
- Carry out feasibility studies in function of the requests; settings solutions; responsible for the successful completion of the opened incidents

This is very, very wordy. It is OK if you intend to use it for management or as a job specification for a recruitment, but *not* as a CV. A CV needs to be sharper, punchier. I have improved it quite a bit for you, though it probably isn't quite fit for purpose yet. It needs to be shorter, a lot shorter. |
