What would you do if the most important person in the world to you pranked you saying they had AIDS?

My best friend/ex-boyfriend/everything to me went to get tested for std today, and he left me a voicemail saying he had AIDS and that he was going to the hospital. When i heard it, i freaked out and went into shock crying. After like 10 minutes of gathering up the courage to call back while my heart was pounding out of my chest and my face was hot and so much, he answers and i'm like, "What's gonna happen?" He's like "what else.. death.." and i stay quiet and he says, "i'm playing..i came out negative for everything!"

and i hung up.

He said he was sorry, and i started telling him off for a while, but i forgave him, but said that i needed time to just get out of the shock mode i was in. I was still tearing up eventhoug i knew it was fake.

Would you be mad if they did this to you?
What would your reaction have been?

btw we did not have sex.

I would probably leave my significant other if I found out they had AIDS. Not because of the virus but because I was his first, and that would mean he cheated...
BUT if it was a joke, I would be REALLY upset. But I always get over everything. I'd just be happy he's okay. >_<
You should probably punch him though. And give him one for me too. xD
I mean, he's not your boyfriend, so don't worry about it too much.

If that was done to me
I would just forget about that person, and probably set their number to ignore on my phone.
Then I would go and get Tested myself so that I would know for sure,

that is just cruel and heartless for anyone to do something like that,
what if they really do?

Cause now if you don't get yourself tested you are going to have this little voice in the back of your mind just questioning and doubting this person until you actually find out for yourself.

Yeah...this is not the sort of thing a decent human being jokes about; especially if you've had an intimate relationship. I'd be ticked-off, to put it mildly. But, if you can express how upset it made you and he sincerely apologizes, forgive him...life is too short to carry a grudge!
