All about the haight-ashbury/west coast "hippy" scene in the 60's.

Yeah it has "drugs" in it, but that's not what it's about. When you hear people talk about the 60's and what the whole thing was all about...woodstock, flower children, hippies, The Grateful Dead, The Acid Tests, Ken Kesey, The Merry Pranksters....this book will tell you a lot about all those things.

It's a great read, and there'll be a movie out in the next year or so...So read it before Hollywood ruins it forever...

It's about the counterculture/drug culture of the 1960's. Whether you would find it a good read depends on a lot of factors I don't know, so I can't tell you. Read some of the reviews here and you can decide for yourself.
