I am about to graduate from a 2 year college with an associates degree in computer aided drafting and design?

i smoke pot on my own time, not when i am working, can i expect to get employment in this field with a company that does not violate my constitutional rights with the drug testing policies at hand today?

it should be ok only if you smoke pot in your own time but be careful not to smoke it in works hours i.e lunch break, as it could get you fired
