This is a serious question?

i went with a man 5 years ago and he goes to libya every 6 weeks so when he came home he lost weight and continued to loose weight.i went to do the test year and 8 months after i went with him and all resulted negative even hiv and aids. can pls someone tell me what he might have.? last week i talked to him on the phone and he said that hes fine

i do not know what he has. but, i do know that a lot of people test negative for HIV and then years later they find out that they do in fact have the disease. it has to do with the HIV virus being present in the blood, but not being active, therefore it doesn't show up. so my advice is to be as safe as possible until you know what he has, if he has anything. he could just be losing a lot of weight due to his diet while he is away. good luck.

hiv is not the only thing that can cause one to loose weight,there's tons of other things

HIV tests often have false negatives. Espcially when you do the Quick Test.

Have you tried asking him? That might help. I dont know why you assume that he has a disease.
