Which Cabinet official is responcible for:

Esablishes US energy policy?
Cheif Legal Officer?
Manages Social Security?
Determines Strategy in a war?
Would assist in settling a strike?
Aids farmers?
Handles Foreign Affairs?
Runs the Secret Service?

This whole test is like 250 questions long, but i just cant find any answers for this.

I just need their title, like "Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Transportation" etc etc....

It's true that the Secret Service is an Agency in and of itself(just like the Coast Guard), it is still part of the Department of Homeland Security and the Director reports to the Secretary of Homeland Security.
