The American Government is cruel. Do you agree or not?

The American govt has been allowing microbiologists and millitary officals to test viruses and such on humans. The first incident was with Abraham Lincoln & the Native Americans. After mandating the slaughter of buffalo so the 鈥淚ndians鈥?could no longer be self sufficient, they were to be put on reservations. Lincoln ordered typhus and smallpox infected blankets to be shipped to the reservations. In fact when General Robert E. Lee found out of this stated he would 鈥渉ave nothing to do with your murderous actions鈥?and immediately left the Army and join the secession movement. No wonder They gave them rights to casinos and some don't have to pay federal income taxes. AIDS didnt come from the jungles of africa Belgians began testing and trying to find a cure for polio and used the wrong monkeys and infected well over 1 million africans with AIDS.
It is a sad statement that leading edge technology is developed for such programs, but it remains fact. To me the racist tendencies of the programs are shameful at best. MK stands for the two co-founders of the programs Dr. Robert Manaker and DR. Paul Kotin. MK-ULTRA was born in 1953 as a program to study the effects of biological weapons & mind control drugs. MK-NAOMI , NAOMI meaning 鈥淣egroes Are Only Momentary Individuals鈥?was to stockpile and test bio-warfare weapons. The largest impact of which so far has been the over 93 MILLION vaccinated with AIDS tainted 鈥渟mallpox vaccine鈥?in Africa by the World Health Organization. First off, the AIDS virus is now known to have started in Haiti. Watch a little Discovery channel, and you might learn something. They can trace it back using DNA testing, and chart different strains of AIDS, which are now proven to come from the Haitian strain. I disagree. Many policies are more than a little questionable, but history is alway a harsh judge. However, if the American Gov't can be construed as 'cruel', then so can the American people. As an American, I have extended a helping hand to many folks and never cause intentional harm. The world was a harsher place in many ways, so applying harsh decisions from a time when life itself was harder to people currently living is a fallacy. As long as there are different races and languages, there will always be conflict. If you think the American Government is cruel, look to Albania under communist rule. Everything is relative.
