Do you feel that the Government should allow prositution if it is done privately between 2 adults? |
If a male/female wants to pay for sex and it is done by being discreet and confidentially using an Escort service and gets tested once a week for aids etc then I feel it should be legal. It's our bodies and I feel the USA Government has no business telling us what we can do with our bodies. I agree but wouldn't gov have to be involved for the testing? I still have a hard time figuring out how to do the testing. Most test take 3-4 days (DNA) to get the results. Antibody test could be instant but can't catch a person just infected. Some times it take 4-6 weeks before it shows positive. Porn industry has been trying to find a faster way but the best they can do is: Trust the person doesn't have sex with some one not tested after the test was done or lock them in a house for the three days. I guess a card could be made up. Red for untested. Yellow for unknown results. Black or no card for test results positive. Green for lets have fun. It would be nice for dating too. Any way it will never happen. Our leaders are influenced by too-many prudes that still think sex is a bad word. yea thats fine but how much do you charge a night Absolutely it should be legal, but with some restrictions so it doesn't get out of hand. no prositutes carry hiv and $hit like that its nasty why? planning on going into that field? sure why not .. its her desire .. I totally agree. Well I think you're right. Where I come from prostitution is already legal. It are honest businesswomen or men. Are you married or in a committed relationship? If so, it's wrong. If you are single and just want safe companionship, there is nothing wrong with that. We all need companionship when we feel alone and it's better that it's safe. Do what you need to to and don't hurt anyone while doing it. Sure, It should be but it won't yeh, it would be a good source of tax revenue. i agree with the other guy, how much do you charge and what do u look like Sure in this case the Government should supervise the girls to make sure they r clean Yes sure as long as its done in privet places and prostiutes are tested every month it ok it should be legal. we guys need women that only want sex and money. Nevada state has very good experience. And aids and STD rates among prostitutes are extremely low. yes sure prostitution should be legal. actually, prostitution is an important thing in our society (and I know some people don't like that thought). |
