don't goverment jobs test people for aids?

Not as a usual procedure - possibly if you are applying for specific health care postions, but even at that it is unlikely. Any specific test requirement should be listedi n the posted job information - if you want to check listings of openings for government positions, you can go to http://www.usajobs.gov - the governmentt's job search web site.

i dont think they do blood tests as a part of pre-screening...

they do however test people who apply for a job as an aide.

alot of government managers have aides. im not sure if they have to take a test to get a job as an aide.

No they do not. At least when I started, I was not tested. They just did a background check on me and I was finger printed. This is the best way to go when getting a job because the benefits are great from the first day you start.
