Resume.........any ideas to make it better??

Objective-To have a challenging and satisfying career with opportunities to advance. When I owned my own business I developed near perfect organization, office, and communication skills. Throughout my various jobs I quickly advanced to leadership due to being self motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail oriented. I always cultivated excellent relationships with colleagues and customers. Always adapt very well in all situations. Also excel in all that I do. Having a 100% average in my Paralegal Training, 100% on all First Aid and CPR tests, 96% average test score throughout CNA School. Always punctual and an outstanding school attendance record. I will be an asset to any employer, as I always do my best. I have always been a fast learner able to get the job done right.
Paralegal Paralegal/Legal Secretary Certification. 4.0 GPA, Typing 35-40 WPM.

Currently one of four in management (being considered for Assistant Store Manager). Quickly advanced from Customer Service Rep to Shift Lead due to quick learning, exceptional performance, and reliably. Responsible for employees, customer service, sales, cash, bank deposits, all filing and filling out of company documents as well as all office/business work.

I quickly became a Shift Lead, in charge of scheduling, filling out/filing patient records, and making sure our job was done right.I also became a Certified Med. Tech which included organizing, restocking, and ordering prescription medications. I also verified and distributed medications to residents.
As a CNA/RA I provided general health care and companionship to our residents. Other More experience available upon request.

What is a "near perfect" organization? What specifically didi you accomplish? You have many accomplishments (via test scores) - but it comes across that you may feel you already know everything - and may not be willing to learn. You objective should be one succinct statement, and list your accomplishments somehwhere else. Provide detail around how your actions caused you to be promoted quickly.
