What STD could cause swollen glands,eye pain, and later down the road massive hair loss and fatigue?

These symptos i have are so severe i went from a full head of hair to 1/2 in 1 year.My skin has a thick coating of oil on my face mainly.All the glands in my neck are swollen and loss of breath. Its not aids becaouse i tested negative several times. Not cancer either, id be dead by now.

You could have a condition, rather than an STD.

hair loss could be your thyroid, a simple blood test will tell this, as for the other things these don't sound like an std you should be getting to a good doctor instead of here. good luck.
