My penis cone has slight graze (cut) on it. what may have caused it? is it bad? how can i cure it?

its located on the lower side of the slit (where the pee comes out). Normally it does not hurt, but some times it gives a burning sensation after masturbation. I spoke to my doctor, and have had several tests including Aids, Hepatitis, and various STDs. and everything came clean. DOctor said that nothing to worry about ..but Im afraid that i may get some STDs if i have sex with some one now. havent had sex in 6 months. i've had this for couple of months (may be more, i didnt notice it before)

Probably just from chafing. You could put an antibiotic ointment on it & see if that helps.

Keep it clean, ALWAYS use condoms, safe sex is essential! Remember that anyone can have a std and you don't want to share anything like that! If it doesn't go away in a week or two, go to a Urologist, they specialize in problems with your pecker...Good Luck dude!
