What can my arugements be for this resolution?

Okay, so Im taking Debate I, and at the moment we are talking about the Lincoln-Douglas debates. Im going against a freshman and need some help for my arguments. The resolution is....

Resolved: That the protection of society's health interests through broad based mandatory testing for AIDS, ought to be more important than personal privacy rights.

I am affirmative (Or FOR) this resolution. I know what is means and everything I just need a good speech and good topics. Anyone want to help? I could use all the help I can get. I debate on Monday and its Saturday.

How about something to do with the fact that we have required TB tests in order to protect society. We require our children to be vaccinated against various diseases in order to attend school as a means of protecting society. Those are the immediate thoughts that I have. Hope it helps.
