On the top of my vagina smells where the hair is be what can it be.?

okay my problem is that my vagina on top carries like an arm odor on it not inside the vagina na inside it smells normal but its just on the top i shave the hair of but it still smells i have had a pap smear it came back neg i had and aids and hiv test it also came back neg i had a test for hepititas and pid i was tested for everything and it came back negative what can i use to help the smell i cant use powders or anything of the sort have a sensitive vagina.

hair folicals trap sweat and odors so sometimes you still smell even though you have washed, i went thru somthing similer to this a while back, and when i talked to my dr she recomneded using something called a peri wash in between bathing and its hypoallergenic and safe to use on sensative skin, i used this and it stopped the odor in its tracks. it is avalable at the pharmacy and is not expensive.

are you a dibetic? cause high blood sugars can secreat a smell that manifests itself in the vagainal areas.

First off, make sure you are using cotton only underwear. Try using a different soap, a more gentle one as well.

they have stuff for sensitive skin...like the cloth wipes or just douche. how do you know that the top smells and the inside doesn't?

omg another freaky question. Take a damn bath and wash that sucker till she sparkles! The, guess what, you won't stink. But here is the kicker. You have to wash it everyday. Even twice a day is great!

Stop worrying about your vaginal problems and start worrying about better educating yourself, and what I mean by this is educating yourself in areas of safe sex, and getting some insight on how to keep your body clean, prevention is the key, you also sound like you need some eduction tips, I,t just sounds as if you are one of those types of women who get around and let me tell ya in this day and age this is not a good thing to do! maybe What if next time your HIV test comes back positve? do something positive with your life!

This is could a skin problem in that area.
You can use something like vagasil cream for women.
You could have blocked skin pores, or problem with certain soaps.
How often do you change you underwear. Do you sweat a lot. Also what do you eat, or do your drink alcohol, or smoke. As your skin can be sensitive it that area . As your body's weakest points are often what get effected by problems.
