Getting tested? bf and stds?

Okay, I know its a bit late for this so PLEASE do not comment on my stupidity for not bringing this up earlier.

My boyfriend and i have been together awhile now, but recently I have become concerned (for no real reason) and would like him to be tested for aids and other stds.
Now since we have already slept together, how can I even bring this up without offending him?

Ps- he is very sensitive.

Tell him that you saw a documentary about someone who had aids and wasn't aware of it. Say that the show really freaked you out and that you are stressing over the situation.
Express your concerns about how you feel and tell him that you would like to be tested to clear your head. Then, invite him to be tested with you, to furthur alleviate your concerns.

If you two have been together for a while, and you're both comfortable with sex- then you both should have no problem getting tested together. Just let him know that you understand how sensitive he is, but it would mean so much to you if he could do this with you. It may be weird and offensive at first- but once it's over with you will no longer wonder.

Dont ask him get one yourself.And if you have something then he does too.

Just tell him that you want both of you to get tested. Just for precautionary measures.
