Getting off paxil?

ok my girl got on paxil oct.18th due to anxiety and depression and she was taking smallest dosage once a day...ok she was taking it until november 11th so that is 24 days i believe and on couple of occasions she even smoked paxil mixed with weed...so she was of paxil for 2 days when she tried commit suicide nov 13th...maybe cause she just stopped takin it nov 11th without doctors consulting her bout that... so she has been off paxil for 43 days now and she has chest pains and she gets tired very easy...we have been to emergency 4 times and they couldnt find anything wrong with her heart or chest or even a left leg that gets swollen sometimes but rarely.but one doctor even asked her was she ever tested for AIDS.my girl told her she was tested for stds 2 TIMES but never a blood test.so she scared me and i got tested yesterday and its negative and it has been 12 weeks since we ve had unprotected sex 1st time...so i dont think its something like that.i think itspaxil but she doesnt????help

Paxil is only a small worry for you and your girlfriend. It sounds like she has serious psychological problems and some medical ones too.
Also you will need another HIV test 3 months after the last time you had unprotected sex.
Try to get her some good medical treatment, and don't let her do stupid stuff, like smoking weed and paxil, that will make you crazy.
