Reoccuring yeast infection?

Hi, i just took monistat one day treatment last week and it went away.. theni had sex with a guy without protection 2 days ago.. he is 200% clean because he didnt sleep with anyone else in the last six months. now my discharge smells like buttermilk and its pastey/thick creamy.. and my vagina kind of itches!! can i take monistat again?? this time i want to try the 7 day.. how long do i have to wait for me to take it again? im also trying to eat more yogurt. im worried!!! btw, i had AIDS/STD test last month and i was negative.. i had chlamydia before but i went away after i took antibotics.but after i had that.. nothing was ever the same.. any suggesstions?? will it go away naturally without anything// I never had this problem before that one parther who gave me chlamydia.. im so worried.. please help! =(
