NACP-3 of National AIDS Control Organisation ?

what happen to that, what will be the features of phase-3, how services will be impoved ?
NACO call for pepole"s participation and suggestions during the planning phase, i am sure some pepole must know something about that.
I heard new concepts like Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre, more testing centres, more ART clinics, etc.
please share any information you have regarding NACP-3.

When ur health minister is more intersted in war with Dr. Venugopal then thats what u get. No news on NACP mate. all in paper. They made one Blood Safety Council and the funniest thing the anounced members does not know anything about thet. No news about 4 state of the atr testing centers in 4 major cities. NACo is only arguing with international reports of India's high HIV rate and largest HIV population nothing to prevent it.

you are right nobody knows when NACP-3 of NACO is going to start or from when govt. accept HIV/AIDS as a major public health problem?
