STD Test Free In New York?

I Want To Get Checked
My Ex Boyfriend would always tell me his clean
and he had papers when he was in the Navy
that he was clean
but that was a year or two
We had unprotected sex and I lost my virginity to him

Now that we broke up and im thinking about it
We didnt see eachother as much and he had this thing for breaking up with me when he was mad at me

I dont know what his doing behide my back

I want to get tested ASAP

My parents still think im a virgin
I cant go to them for help

Also I dont have a job
Something about my Financial Aid
I can only work within Work Study
and I cant sign up because I missed the Due Date
Now I have to wait

You can just do a search with and type in free STD testing in your area, New York and see what comes up. Oh I am so sorry. Do you have a planned parenthood? We have them in Cali. They will do it for free and they will understand your situation. Good luck sweetie.

Planned parenthood is a good source.There are many organizations and publicly funded clinics nationwide that offer testing and counseling. Contact your local Health Department for referrals. All STD testing should be done anonymously but when you make appointment always check with them to make sure.
A quick test is to perform a visual check on your vaginal area. Look for any swelling, inflamed/unusually red marks, blisters, open wounds, warts, etc. Also most STDs will give you a fever like response, tiredness, soreness to muscles, painful to urinate, blood in urine.
So if you don't or haven't experienced any of these symptoms in the past 2-3 weeks we can rule out some STDs, but getting test results is definately the best way to be 100% sure.
