Anxiety Medication?

Would you take medication? I am stressed w/ high anxiety levels due to making out w/ a girl with a fresh tonge ring and having had sex with her. I will not feel like me until I get all trsts completed. I have to wait three months to take the aids test. Meanwhile I am pretty much going mental in my head until that day. Any suggestions? I have put my self in this situation beofre but now my lesson is really learned. OMG
