Are there people who are immuned from Aids in Iceland and Africa?

i heared that they're people in Iceland who are immuned from Aids whose ancestors were survivors of the Bubonic Plague and that they're female prositiutes in Africa who are immuned to Aids as well and the government is running tests on them to find a cure.

It is possible that some people have more resistance to AIDs than others. This has been conjectured for years. No one really knows for sure, however. And it is all of the populations of Northern Europe that suffered from the plague that might have more resistance, not just people in Iceland.
