It was court ordered that i do a drug testing and now they want to test my 6 year old.are they able to do this

last year i got my children back from foster care and i agreed after it was court ordered to do drug testing and my childrens aid worker keeps showing up after hours and now she wants to do a drug testing on my 6 year old daughter.is this alowed and is she able to harrass me the way that she is

They can pretty much do what they want to do.......especially if you had them taken away from you. I am guessing you have a drug problem so you are probably lucky you even have your kids

Get cleaned up and work with, rather than against the system. You and your kids will be much happier and healthy for it.

If it was court ordered then yes.But if you aren't guilty of anything then there is nothing to worry about.Children's Aid is there for the safety and well-being of the children and if you are doing drugs they can test the children too by just a peice of hair.
