My ears sometimes can heard a sound which is not clear.I undergo some hearing test ,do I need a hearing aid?

First of all I suggest you get a hearing test done properly. It sounds from your question like your company carried out this test. What you need to do is locate a hearing professional. Look for a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist in your area. Get them to re-test your hearing (which should be free) and demonstrate hearing aids to you (if they cannot do this, find someone who can).

The results you have given are, I assume, left and right air conduction tests. The industry standard for such a test is that 0dB is normal hearing. The larger the positive number the greater the loss. Anything between 0dB and 20dB is not much to worry about.

I would characterize your results as a mild hearing loss in both ears of around 30%. This does mean that assuming the loss is nerve based, and there are no medical contraindications, you could wear a pair of hearing aids.

There are a number of 'open' fit hearing aids around these days that would do a fantastic job for you. They are usually miniature devices that don't block off the ear, but punch in the frequencies you need to hear better.

Obviously diagnosing a hearing loss over the Internet is not the best way of doing it. But based on my experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1993, I would certainly encourage you to seek out a hearing professional and get your hearing checked by them. At least on the basis of the information you have provided, you may be able to get some help with your hearing.
