On a Military hearing test, can a hearing aid be used? |
if an hearing can be used while being tested. will it lower you pofile I have never personally heard of using a aid on the test, but I do know that if you have not used your waiver, it can be used for hearing. You are allowed one waiver in your military career, it might be two now. Talk to your commander. no, what will you do if you lose your hearing aid in battle? Hope the enemy uses sign language? eh? What did you say? No. Current or history of the use of a hearing aid is disqualifying for entry into the armed forces. No they are testing YOUR hearing. Not what you can hear with help. If you don't meet minimum standards on your own you will not be able to enlist. |
