How can health personnel prevent person who had sex with aids patient ,but wanted to donate blood .?

i heard that aids can be dectaded only after certain period,so if incase some one happen to have unprotected sex with aids patient and in emergancy he need to donate blood.in this case can any test dectate him/her as aids patient,so that he need not donate blood.(if all this incident happens within a week)?

You might want to brush up on your grammar. Your question is very hard to understand. First of all, they do ask if you've had sex with someone with aids. Obviously, people can lie but hopefully it will deter people from giving. Also, blood is tested before it is given to anyone.

No one can prevent a murderer from going out and trying to infect/killl others. We just hope it doesn't happen.
They will test the blood, if it's tainted, it will not be passed to the public.
Sometimes, mistakes happen and that would be a disgusting shame.
There are so many other healthy people around to take care of the blood shortage without some idiot who had unprotected sex with an aids patient trying to "help" out.

YES OF COURSE IT CAN BE DETECTED AND BEFORE THE PERSON CAN DONATE THE BLOOD THEY ARE ASKED CERTAIN QUESTIONS SO I DONT BELIEVE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED

There is a questionnaire that you fill out before you give blood. If the person has a high risk lifestyle, they are not suppose to give . Problem is that many people will sell their blood and they'll give anyway. This is a serious problem. Especially when people getting transfusions unexpectedly becomes HIV +.

if you had unprotected sex with an hiv/aids patient, yoiu must let the nurse/dr know. aids/hiv cannot be detected for several weeks at a minimum and will be detected infected after six months.

why would you want to kill the person you where donating to
