Will IMNR win the war against AIDS?

IMNR is currently in Phase II testing of an AIDS drug. Results will be coming available in 2007-2008 time frame.

It's doubtful. In any case, the results of the IR103 trial wont tell us anything about AIDS since it is being done exclusiely in ARV-naive patients with reasonably normal immne function. In addition, most of us regarded the addition of the Toll-receptor tickling adjuvant as an attempt to obscure any real effect the base therapy may have. Epidemiologists cried foul but were trumped by IMNR's venture capitalists.

you know that if you were as informed as some of us you would know there are many drugs available and many coming down the pipeline. the powers that be are in control and we just have to bloody well wait for them to do something. I would most certainly be on the road again singing "on the road again". if i could. but having to go for blood work every month sucks it really does. anyway mankind has a lot to worry about when it comes to pandemics. i'm just happy for today. am grateful to still be here when so many have fell.
