No. That's an invasion of privacy. A person's medical records are kept private by law. The only reason why someone should have to know if you have a blood borne pathogen is if there is a possibility of sharing blood or other fluids.

Hell NO! I don't want the government telling that I HAVE to do something like AIDS testing, that should be a personal choice, like choosing whether or not to seek chemo for cancer treatment.

it should be law that the government allows Americans to be free and remains out of their personal affairs. Laws should only punish those who take freedom (to include property) away from others.

Victimless laws, unenforceable laws, and laws specifically used to raise money with fines should be illegal.

government and laws are not the answer to problems. you need to be aware of your own action and make educated decisions to protect yourself.

Maybe they should make being gay and IV drugs illegal. Since that is 99% of the people that get AIDS. Or maybe those people should take measure to prevent getting AIDS? personnal responsibility.

No that would be meaningless. Rather, if one was truly dedicated to preventing the transmission of said pathogen then internment camps would be the only way.

If we isolated all aids cases from the general public then would we then, as a whole, be cured?
