It should be voluntary, but a significant other should not become upset upon request of one.

i think that on this subject only should testing be mandatory. because it is for public safety and it will help stop the spread of aids. and get medical help to those who other wise would not know it. but i repeat that only on this subject should it be made mandatory. the government should not control all things this is just for our greater good.
