How much is it to get tested for AIDS?

Most states in the US have places where a person can be tested for AIDS for free. Check out the Community Health Centers if you have any in your area.

If there is a planned parenthood in your neighborhood I suggest going there. If can't afford a lot of money they will usually accept a small donation even just $5 for their services.

it doesnt cost nothing. you should ask your health dept. where you can get tested, it's free! and only takes around 20 min.

usally you can go to a local heath unit and get it free if you dont have the money.

If you go to a clinic, like Adagio Health (Family Planning) or Planned Parent Hood, they go by your income. If you have insurance a lot of times you have a co-pay of 15.00 or so. If you do not have any insurance they go by income and a lot of times its free.

Going to the doctor and getting a script is a little more expensive. You will have to pay for the office visit, plus the cost of the test at the lab, plus a phlebotomy fee for them sticking you. Where I live without insurance and going this route would be right around 100.00

I recommend going to a free clinic. It's just as safe and reliable as going elsewhere. But more affordable.
