As many know it was Reagan who ignored this problem. We have Republicans to thank for this. Now a world wide epidemic. Now in Africa 1 in every 5 people have HIV or Aids.

They want to make the testing more run of the mill. Right now it is a very alarming process. Only the doctor can get the consent from the patient and pre and post counseling have to be offered. The whole process as it stands now is very scary. Hopefully more people that should be tested will be tested and can get help sooner in the course of their illness. What camps?

In 1980 there was less than 1000 people with AIDS.The government had to decide weather to quarantine all of the infected or try to find a cure. They made the wrong choice. As for testing my wife and I had the test before we got married, just to make sure we wouldn't try to have kids if we had the disease. If you had everyone tested at once, you would know just how many people had the disease and who they were. This would not stop the spread. Some are people are pretty stupid when they find out they are infected they try to spread it to everyone they can so that they won't be the only ones to have it. The only way to stop the spread is to get people to stop having sex with multiple partners.

It might be a good idea. Most people that spread aids claim that they were not aware that they were infected. They make our children have all their measles, mumps and rubella vaccinations before they can enter school. Ever one has to be up to date on vaccinations before they can travel abroad. so why not do something pro-active to put a stop to aids?
