Is there really a cure for AIDS? |
Interesting story... I went and got and AIDS test today. Fortunately it was negative, but there was something quite curious about what the tester told me. I said that with all of our technological advances, it is amazing we haven't found a cure for AIDS yet. You know what she said to me? She said, "I believe that there is a cure for AIDS, but the pharmacuetical companies would lose a lot of money if they released a cure. Most AIDS medication costs at least $1,000 a month." I was really floored by what she said, and a little pissed off... How do you people think about this? This is the same crap that has been circulating about cancer for decades. People can't comprehend how western medicine has not been able to come up with a cure yet, so they go to conspiracy theories. It's always about the people suffering while the doctors and pharmaceutical companies get rich. On the one hand they want health professionals to have all the answers, and on the other, they bad-mouth these same health-care professionals to their family and friends ("Oh, those doctors don't know anything", or "All they want to do is prescribe pills for everything.") When people feel powerless over something that threatens them, their psychological defenses pop up to provide some explanation that they can live with. Nope There are only preventions. Unfortunately, no cures have been found. Maybe that woman could be right. I mean who cares about half of entire South Africa's population, Twain or those little kids who got AIDS from a dirty needle or millions of people taking about 50 pills a day dying for a cure right? not at all there is a hypothesis though, I personally believe that HIV can be made in laboratory level and that scientists created HIV to decrease the number of people in this world. Once the world reaches a low population, scientists shall release this cure for people. Anyway this happened in the new in Lybia too that a hospital was infecting their patients with HIV... Actually there is a cure for the HIV virus but it will kill you anyway. Clorox kills the HIV virus, but if u drink clorox u r automatically gonna die. Theres also something I dont understand, How come that famous basketall player cured his HIV infection? He had it since 199 something now he doesnt have it anymore? Does anybody know why or how he diid it? The HIV virus that causes aids lives in the lining of the colon and most medicines won't get to it. That is the problem with trying to kill the virus. However, there are experiments being done by the alternative medicine crowd with minor DC electric currents like that put out by a lantern battery. Very safe and supposedly very effective. There is a yahoo group that talks about this very thing. Nope. Sorry |
