Can a diabetes test tell be affected in telling you if you have aids or other stds?

i got blood tested in decmber 4 diabeates and the doctor said everything in my blood was perfect includeing my red blood cells so does that mean i don't have aids and other stds and agian i'm 15 i only had sex twice but i recivce oral sex from 2 differnt girls and 1 of the girls everybody said had something but she said she didn't

No, the diabetes test doesn't include tests for STDs. The Dr. will have to specifically request tests for STDs.

The diabetes test is to measure your sugar levels only. The blood test has nothing to do with testing for any STDs or HIV or AIDS. CBC (complete blood count) only tells you how many red blood cells, white cells, etc. you have. Of course if the white blood cell count was way high or way low, they would have ran other tests on you.

If you want a test for STDs you have to be specific with the doctor.
