Do you have to take an AIDS test to get married in Missouri? and if you test positive are you still allowed? |
to marry? Missouri does not require a blood test. I don't know the laws in Missouri but i remember about 12 years ago that the supreme court ruled that requiring a HIV test to get married was unconstitutional. missouri you dont need a blood test there to get married at all. ? |
