HIV/AIDS: Why health test is proper and necessary ??what is ur comment??

I AM disappointed with the stand by non-governmental organisation Caram Asia that the mandatory HIV/AIDS health test for foreign workers before entering Malaysia does more harm than good.
We should first look at the interests of our country and people above everything else.
I have been an expatriate working in foreign countries for a long time and they have all insisted that my family and I go through a medical check before they approved my permit.
They didn't even trust the medical report I brought from Malaysia. I had to undergo another check on arrival, including tests for tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS.
I have no complaints because it is to my benefit to know that I have a clean bill of health.
Malaysia should likewise make it mandatory that a health check be done in Malaysia and not in the country of the foreign worker.
This should be the case, especially if the workers are maids working in our homes.

maybe because they want to make sure them selves that these kinds of diseases do not get spread in their country. TB is very very very contagious and can be transmitted through the air.. so i think they are being overly cautious about them for a reason. i also think its unfair that you had to go through another screening... but better safe than sorry right.. i agree with you.. they should just require you to be checked by them..
