AIDS itself is not transmitted. It is a syndrome, with is a combination of symptoms that occur together.

AIDS is caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). HIV **can** be transmitted via exchange of sexual fluids, breastmilk or blood.

Can you get HIV by masturbating yourself? NO, absolutely not!

Can you get HIV be masturbating with another person? Yes, you could if your partner bled on you and you had an open sore. Or if your partner's fluids got into your body somehow. It's complicated.

I understand your concern. While it is possible to contract HIV through mutual masturbation, it remains extremely unlikely and is considered to be a safer-sex practice. If you are very concerned, get yourself tested 5-7 weeks after sexual contact, and again 1 month later for better results.
