First AIDS is not transmitted, it is HIV, the virus that can lead to AIDS.
HIV is found in 4 body fluids, blood, semen, vaginal fluid and breast milk. The only transmission through breast milk is a mother to child, the reason is a baby has a week immune system and could be infected by the mother's milk, but there is not enough HIV in a women's milk to infect a male partner.

Ther must be a transmission of fluids in order for HIV to be passed on, so as long as she's not lactating it should not
