National Organization for Rare diseases for assistance?. Consider Rebif it is the same betainterferon as Avonex which is given once a week but a different route. Instead of using it as prescribed 3 times a week use it once a week 44mcg. There is no scientific data to disprove or prove that it will not work as well The dose is higher 44 mcg vs 30 mcg for Avonex. (So one Rebif script will last 3 months instead of one month) |
