BEING a foreigner with kid living in TOKYO in a private apartment I need sponsor but from next year my japanese sponsor will quit and my housingcontract will expire,I do wanna continue living there and i have always paid my rent for 7 years.Can I be kicked out of apartment by landlord if i wont be able to find sponsor.IAM a single mum and dont have much friends.I know there are agencies who can sponsor me for money but I cant afford such treatment.In tokyo anyway its hard to find suitable affordable housing being a foreigner with a kid.I live in minato-ku as my child is attending public school and cityhall is providing some financial aid so definitely I wanna stay in this area and in this apartment.What are my rights?
