Is the promise of universal health care really a scam?

The Democrates promote universal health care as a means of providing affordable health coverage for childern and the elderly. Is the reality of universal health care totaly different? Does it provide needles and drugs for drug addicts, abortion on demand, free health care for illegal aliens, expensive aids treatsments, condomes in the schools and meds and treatments for every person that makes poor choices? (ex. smokers, drug users, alcoholics, gay lifestyles etc....) And then expects the taxpayers to foot the bill for their choices.

YES, YES, YES Look at Canada and Brittan and Europe. It works for the rich only. Canadians are flocking to the USA for health care and paying for it. Because in a lot of cases the worse off cases are handled and you have to wait sometimes months to get care. What it comes down to is the rich will always get what they want and the poor will end up with the left overs. The Dems are pushing this wonderful healthcare to get elected. Universal healthcare has its downfalls, Like in Canada they have healthcare provided by the goverment but there are waiting lists for surgeries so If you need a surgery immediately you might have to wait for a day or week because the docs are so booked up.
