Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

hi guys, i'm in need of ur help, i have been to an amusement park on the weekend and i sprained my neck, the guys there did the first aid on me by the cold and hot pack treatment, however i am not able to move my neck easily till now. it is stiff, i'm not able to move my neck all around easily. i'm applying a cream- www.indiaabundance.com/productimages/Moo...
but it isnt helping me much. what shall i do??? give me some remedies please !!!!!!!!!

Ice and Heat for 15 minutes each.But you really should see a doctor or even a physical therapist. Don't mess with your neck.
