Wat you sincerely think of my present situation ?

i am 28 years male and single.i was suffering from Tuberclosis in my Spinal cord in my back bone in recent past from 2004 - 2005.the problem for me now is that when i get proposals for my marriage from many parents who have their girls awaiting marriage.i dont want to cheat girls and their parents.By cheating that girl and eventually when she finds out my truth,she may feel embarressed and will ultimately reject me and can lead to divorse.So to avoid all these problems,i tell them the truth, that i was suffering from Spine TB in recent past, and that i am totally recovered and healthy and working in reputed firm with good salary, and completely normal now.i tell them that i spent my 18 months of anti-TB treatment in COMPLETEBEDREST as per doctor advice (urination and the other stuff also in bed only, no getting up from bed,no sitting in chair,no taking bath,no walking ) So they think that this is similar to AIDS a dangerous medical problem and REJECT MY PROPOSAL:( its deadend:( for me.

They forget one simple thing which is shown every now and then. thats Tuberclosis is COMPLETELY CURABLE.... :( i feel like im approaching DEADEND. i feel like im going no-where now

If you're cured, don't tell.

if they reject you based on your past medical history, then they are not the person for you. She will eventually come along and not care about your medical history but love you for yourself, flaws included. Keep looking.

Tuberculosis is not contagious either once it is cured. Why do you feel the need to disclose this?

it is not dead-end... don't make yourself feel any more worst...

instead of revealing to them initially, why don't you just tell them when you are already in a stable relationship? your condition has already been cured...

when you are in a stable relationship, at least the other party knows and understands you better & vice versa for you as well..

by not telling initially does not mean you are cheating or lying... don't take it upon yourself.. you are cured...

By reading your post, it seems that your self-esteem is very low. The past is the past and there is nothing that you could have done to change what has happened to you.

You are talking like your love will be worthless, you are not good enough for anyone. This is not true. Life is very short, the better you feel about yourself the better your life will be.

Keep looking until you find the right person for you.

They are ignorant of the disease and if they are rejecting you based on this, then they are not the person you should be with. The right girl will accept a proposal; be patient.

DO this: if you're interested in a girl, ask her to have a medical check up and do the same. Don't obviously forget TB and HIV/AIDS test. Then, when you're declared clean, both of you, you can let her know about your medical history.
Know what, doing those test is not only for them, but also for your own security.Good luck.
