People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals provides aid and comfort for the Earth Liberation Front (ELF) and the Animal Liberation Front (ALF). The two groups are responsible for more than 600 crimes since 1996, causing (by a very conservative FBI estimate) more than $43 million in damage. ALF鈥檚 鈥減ress office鈥?brags that in 2002, the two groups committed 鈥?00 illegal direct actions鈥?-- like blowing up SUVs, destroying the brakes on seafood delivery trucks, and planting firebombs in restaurants. Thanks for the info, I was going to leave a snarky sorta comment until I read all of that - that's amazing and something I didn't even know, I'm going to go check that sht out. Yeah all that and they yell all the time.. Crazy...I knew they were nuts. But it just seems like they are creating more problems then solving them. yes dear I do, there have been others just like them using a good cause badly That's why I eat chicken, beef, and fish. That just shows, nobody is 100% perfect, or cares 100% of the time PETA are nothing but a group of angry, spoiled, ignorant a**clowns. dude, the ALF isn't even an organization. go to their website. I knew this. Keep spreading the word. There are better organizations that care for animals out there. Another thing most people don't know about PETA is that they believe that no animal should be kept as a pet.
