What is the best treatment for Acne?

i've used many products to treat acne but i don't see any difference. i used Acne aid bar soap,Isotrexin gel,adapalene gel and got tablets too.(as my doctor said)
At present i'm using a product called 'Clear Active'

Are they effective or will i have to follow another treatment?
